Today on #VEDay we remember the generation of heroes who fought to keep us free at home and abroad.
Let us never forget their service and sacrifice in defence of freedom.
One such hero is Flt Lt Colin Bell who I had the honour to meet last night. This 103 year old Bomber Command legend flew 50 missions over Berlin in a de Havilland Mosquito in World War II.
