Dovecote Lane Consultation

Broxtowe residents - Nottinghamshire County Council are consulting on a proposed scheme in Beeston to close Dovecote Lane to all vehicular through-traffic to provide a quiet route for cyclists. The aim is to link the A6005 / NCN6 cycle route to the town centre and the wider cycle network.

This proposed scheme is part of the Active Travel Fund, which has been created by the Department for Transport as part of its Covid-19 response for local authorities to bid for funding for active travel schemes.
