Following timetable changes instigated by East Midlands Railway (EMR) in the summer of 2021, the Nottingham to Matlock rail service was suspended, severely impacting commuters from Beeston and Attenborough Railway Stations.
In March 2022, I held a virtual public meeting ensuring that local people could have their say about the impact of this decision. I am calling on EMR to work with the Department for Transport, to get the service reopened as quickly as possible.
